Excellent service! My car wouldn’t start so I jumped it with no luck and discovered I needed a new battery desperately! Called these guys and they came out to my home in a jiff and replaced the battery and even checked that the voltage was charging properly all for a reasonable price! (unfortunately my battery wasn’t being charged properly but they informed me that my alternator needs to be replaced which I wouldn’t have known otherwise and would have been in trouble again) thanks so much for helping me out!

Adam’s customer service was excellent. He walked the talk in terms of notice and arrival times. His technical knowledge and patience when it got a bit difficult are to be commended. If your battery dies do yourself a favour and call these guys. You want be disappointed.

Battery Call to the rescue. Tonight when my battery died, Battery call arrived within 15 mins of my call. Ace arrived and efficiently, professionally and productively assessed my car battery and changed it over for a new one on the spot. No dramas, no delays this was absolutely outstanding service. Urgently needed my car battery replaced to get to work early in the morning . Requested a free quote on their website and 12:30am . I was called within minutes of submitting my request. Gave details of my car and someone was at mine in 20 mins .I wasn't expecting someone to come out so fast given the time. The guy that replaced my battery was professional and efficient .
